A Child Called It

by Dave Pelzer

It is a very sad book. I recommend it for around years 5 and 6 because it is about a little boy being badly treated. I was recommended it by my mum. There are two books after that in which he gets treated a lot better. Please dont read it if you get upset very easily because iI'm not that kind of person and I cried.

This is a great book about about a girl and a boy that try and unravel mysteries in a missing magician's diary. Like all stories related to this sort of story there are bad guys. I think any strong readers over 9 will thoroughly enjoy this.
